    Hi All I only got down to 1020 on my last two brews using Red X. I did a step mash as recommended here https://www.nationalhomebrew.com.au/brewers-blog/brewing-with-red-x on my Robobrew. One used a 2l starter of WLP570, the other was a 2l starter of Wyeast 1272. Any help would be appreciated...

    Hey Gregos Yeah 23c after a day in the cube. I figured it wouldn’t be the best to agitate hot wort. Also figured my happy yeast soldiers wouldn’t last too long in a near boiling battlefield! Alex

    My first go at hot-cubing and was wondering about aeration techniques. Turns out the washing machine is better for brewing than it is at washing clothes!
