    Hermies, I had only seen one site (Alibaba) which had them and I was hoping I could locate them within Aus. If it's a case of 'let me google that for you' please point me in the right direction :)

    Hi all, Upgraded my BIAB recirc + plate chiller setup to 1/2" camlocks and the C-types have black rubber gaskets. I'm lead to believe these are not 'food-safe' and I should replace with silicone ones... but where do you buy them from? Thanks :)

    Really appreciate all the replies. I will try and get in touch with the brewer as suggested :) Also: @Droopy Brew - thanks for the advice regarding Galaxy, I've also found it to be very grassy on 5+ day dry hops @ Coodgee - hadn't though to use Pilsner malt, would you also dry hop? @Dan...

    Gday all, First post so please forgive any faux pas. I'm looking to brew an all grain clone of Yulli's Brews - Norman Australian Ale. The site says its got a light malt base with hops exhibiting an earthy floral aroma and hints of apple & pear on the palate before finishing with a crisp...
