Extracting hop oil
A mate of mine does the "other" type of hop oil extraction using gas somehow. Has anyone thought about doing it for all their hop remnants or stale hops? -

northern brewer hops suggestions
just after some advice on nb hops. i got 500g the other day but i cant see a lot of recipes using them. i have a english brown ale with 75% NB and 25% columbous in the fermenter now so ill see how that turns out. from what i gather theyre an american hop with english character. the smell seems...
