    What do you use to increase temps of your FV safely? heat belt? light?

    In my shed in winter the ambient temp gets down to 5 -8 C overnight. During the day the fridge can easily cope with 25 -30 C ambient (Steel shed) giving me 18 C fermentation temp. The yeast metabolising wort to alcohol will also give 3 to 5 degrees above ambient if unchecked... again the...
