    Hi Andrew I just brewed your Cooper's again with new hop's I think the last batch had old hop's in it , anyway I was wondering if you have tryed only dry hoping the cooper's becauce the bought one has no bittering taste at all , what are your thoughts on that ? Cheers Phil :icon_cheers:

    Hi Chopdog I've got a keg mashtun and I did cut the top of as well , for easy cleaning ,and I used 2 pizza tray's for a lid , and some camping foam between and a cupboard handle to keep it together , and for a desent seal so I don't loose to much heat I used water pipe foam insulation tube ...

    symthony1975 I have a long stainless steel probe from my fridgemate that goes thru a gromet in the lid of the fermenter, because it will read the temp of the wort not the air inside of your fermenting fridge , when your yeast is fermenting the temp can be up to 10 degrees warmer in the fermenter...

    G'day I have some lubrication grease for the household tap spindels , for when you replace the washer and o ring you use this grease , it is especially made taps , anyway I like to know if it would be suitable for corny kegs o ring's , I can't see why not , any one use simular ? Cheers Phil...

    g'day guy's I rack after a week or when fermentation has seized it will take beer of yeast cake and help clear as well , mine normally starts to bubble in airlock for a day then settle , it's the transfer that stires it up a little bit quite normal , & it does help mellow your beer slightly it...
