I have a friend who wants to get into kegging. He has noticed Craftbrewers keg deals and wants to know if anybody wants to go halves, he is after two. Craftbrewer are offering 19L kegs at $60.00 each if you buy 4. Katie

Friday night was spent at Clancy's Fish Pub in Fremantle... was meant to try quite a few different beers that night but could not go past the Feral Hop Hog... Im surprised it has not got a mention on here... Anybody tried it... A IPA Im thinking with Galaxy mmmmm my new favourite beer! Katie

Saturday I have planned to do a Summer Ale with Chilli & kaffir Lime Leaf... I have the grain sorted. 4.5kg Pale Ale Malt 0.4kg Torrefied Wheat I wanted to use Mt Hood for the hops but can't get my hands on them. Ive brewed this beer before using a kit and the kaffir lime leaf gives off lots...

Has anybody tried the above beer... I sampled this early this year.... It scared me for awhile and all I could drink was Corona... Its taken me ages to remember and locate the brand... This is the description. 120 Minute IPA Availability: limited - 3 releases scheduled for 2007...

I've being looking into next beers to brew. I like the look of Saison due to the high temp fermentation (have no fermentation fridge as yet)... I have never tried a Saison, before I brew one I would like to try the style, can anybody recommend a commerical brand to try! Cheers Katie
