    Did you know that this brewer passed away a few months later in November 2016 . He was one of my inspirations for building some of my brewery tools,like the counter flow chiller . He will be missed.

    What about a piece of tubing that slides over the handle and outlet with a cut out on the back of the tube so it slides over the outlet and a hole drilled through the tubing in behind the outlet and attach a padlock through the drilled holes .You could use some PVC tubing .

    No wires disconnected I opened the box after the PID was playing up and it was working 100% until I turned it off to change hoses when cleaning the brewery and then turned it back on and that is when I got the 0000 display . I will check the deadband and see if it is that and report back...
