I have kegged my first beer and put the co2 on to gas up.
Just had a look at ot and the gauge is reading that it is at a bit over 100kpa, I was wondering how to reduce it to it its sitting on or closer to 100.
Would I loosen the "collar" nut and turn left...

After some advice regarding setting up a "new" 2nd hand kegging/fridge setup . . . . .basically a how to to make sure that what I have is clean and ready to go in a week or so.

4x 19l corny kegs (lid seals seem sticky)
1x door mounted tap ( dog ugly)

One of our LHBS has the Coopers premium range (ie Sparkling/IPA/Heritage) for cheaper ($10.75 each) than Big W et al sell their basic cans .
All have around 18 month best before dates as well.

HB supplies all still available in the usual supermarkets (Woolworths, Big W, Coles, K-Mart) here . . . .even no name IGA brand!
Big W and K-Mart have the new DYI Coopers kits for sale as well.
