Even the the 2.3kg of crystal? Never used much more the 300g a batch, and I like my crystal. Anyone ever used 25% in a batch? Does it just turn out really malty and almost like caramel syrup. I have the hops there to try and balance it out but I am not so sure about it. Bbtbiab?

Sounds great but warm beer may be a problem unless you drink like a fish. You make have to incorporate some system of cooling at the tap. Something like a miracle box.... Then you would always have the problem of needing a supply of ice. Other option is to go down the glycol system route like...

Just keep a spray bottle full of sanitizer like starsan handy and give it a good squirt up the tap when your finished. Good habit to squirt in there before you open the tap as you could pull nasties in when turning it. Cheers
