    Thanks for the speedy replies. I probably should have mentioned i havnt done the dry hop yet :unsure: Had planned to do that when i racked. Mates fermenter is brand new and still in the box so should hopefully be right after a good wipe and a sanitise.

    Hi Everyone. I'm doing a JSGA Clone, my first extract. I was planning to rack to a secondary tommorrow and then dry hop some amarillo for 4 days then bottle. My problem is that its been in the primary for 12 days now and i'm waiting on my mate to "find" his fermenter so i can use that to rack...

    Lemon Myrtle Witbier

    Not to sure why i boiled the kit. Was my first real try at doing a boiling and adding some hops. Cant be to bad ;) Tried one last night with two weeks in the bottle quite not to much lemon notes coming through but still a good wheat! Might be a treat with a lemon wedge :rolleyes:

    Just bottled this last night. The hyrdometer tests have been tasting very nice, probably took a few extra tests just to be careful :rolleyes: Final Gravity ended up about 1018-1015 Don't think it will be lasting to long!
