What size carbonation stone would be best for carbonation a beer with a N2/CO2 mix? Craftbrewer have two types on their site, a 2 micron and a .5 micron. I'm assuming the .5 micron would be best but would be hard to clean and would clog up easy. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I am planing a HERMS set up with a separate heat exchanger and was planing to have a 2400W kettle element in the heat exchanger and another in the HLT, as they will both be on at the same time at some stage will this trip out the power? So will I have to run them off two different points?
