To øl contract brewery Denmark, dangerously close to stupid...

Haven’t had that one but I would expect these to be much thicker with more intense flavours. The dangerously close to stupid amount of peach is 9.3% so they are really big beers.

To øl contract brewery Denmark, dangerously close to stupid...

This brewery is doing stuff! I have been drinking a couple of these fruit IPA’s recently and I can’t believe the amount of flavour they pack into the can! Does anyone have a recipe similar that maybe adds fruit to it?, a grain bill, hop additions or any tips would be appreciated.

    Mixing hops

Hmm maybe I should put both in by the sounds of it! Regarding yeast I just used the Morgan’s American ale sachet from the local brew shop.

    Mixing hops

Hey I am just brewing an “ipa” and have used chinook and simcoe as bittering hops, I am going to dry hop 50g of citra but was thinking of adding galaxy or Amarillo to it as well. Has anyone mixed citra with either of these and how did it turn out? It would be great if there was a thread on here...

Which hop is best for double IPA?

It will be over 80 not sure exactly, I'm just not sure if huell will be too fruity or if chinook is too high in a-a's

Which hop is best for double IPA?

I'm currently brewing a double IPA which will be over 80 IBU and I want to dry hop either huell melon or chinook, which I have plenty of. What do you think is best and what are your thoughts on these two varieties?

WTB: Rhizome thread - all welcome

I'm looking for Citra and Chinook zomes, don't have to be gigantic but need to be healthy and disease free. I can pick up local to Coffs or will pay for shipping.

Can anyone help with a recipe for a peanut butter and jelly beer? I have seen this a couple of times in the U.S and Canada but yet to see it in Oz. I am looking at experimental flavours, another would be a "maple bacon coffee porter" for example. Has anyone played around with this?
