    Making Sauerkraut Made Easy

    After reading your post, I decided to make some. I haven't even tasted it before but it sure sounds tasty with a few brews. Did two batches on Friday, about 3 KG. Popped them in my beer fermenting fridge @19c. Both are bubbling away nicely. Cant wait to taste it.
