I think the grainfather absorption is around 0.6-0.7 and the beersmith default is 0.96. this will change your sparge volume which will result in less volume after all. The boil off from different profiles is from 1.6 to 2.9 I can see, which is a big difference :)

@lael ups, I have a signle heatsink which is exactly same size as SSR. I will have to figure something out :) thanks for help!

How SSRs are attached to heatsinks? Is there a space between ssr metal plate and heatsink or you covered it somehow? I am doing a new build and I do not have space for heatsink inside but I am not really shure how I can put it outside that way that all metal plate from SSR will touch heatsink.

OK got it :) well actually I am in Norway now for years and it suppose to be even colder than Poland but it isn't!! We do not even have much snow, only yesterday it covered a little with white dust. I hope it's coming!! :)

How is the temp control made here? Is it PWM or just ON/OFF? Can it control a power of cooler and heater or just 1/0 signal?

OK so it is ON/OFF, so only active buzzer. The one I pasted is piezo as well. I guess you can use also just piezo or passive buzzer but will need to change a code for PWM signal, thats completely unnecessary probably and one will have to use passive buzzer only (or just piezo). So now I look at...

are you using any relay which is not SSR? This might cause the problem.
