Found that local coles to me have tins on a spot in the cleaning isle,no affiliation etc but missed out when it was at aldi.Spotted it wednesday night and grabbed a tin,the dry one not the paste,Rob.

We used to partake in shopping trolley races-duct tape it on shouldn't be a drama.....what could go wrong/done a bit of work moving-always been told once fridge or freezer layer down,leave it an hour once it's back up on its feet/castors before turning it back on-allows everything gasses etc to...

Went out for dinner tonight,Bulimba Gold Top pale ale on tap-very nice drop,just a good balance of malt and hops.Dont know if it is a recipe from past but I'll definitely buy it again.

Hi Grott,used to love the Heritage Lager,1k LME and a bit of corn syrup.Most of the times it came up trumps but this was before the discovery of temp control,some batches were a little bit harder to drink(more the brewer,not the product).Good luck,Rob.

Have only used Motueka and Stricklebract,had really good results with Motueka,Stricklebract seemed to give of a bit of a flavour I would describe as slightly dirt/soil flavour-bit off topic but both are NZ hops

Cheers Tony, The first time I've done a single hop addition-loving the taste.Using White Labs German Ale/Kolsch yeast which has been a good yeast so far.Only kegged 2 nights ago(still carbing up)but will make this a regular brew for me,Rob.

Had the burnt flavour from an element when using HLT as a mash tun-was bringing temperature up from a protein rest 50c and wasn't till I'd filled cube and saw black crud left on element what happened.Only doing around 20l batches though so not big amounts of grain,Rob.
