    My First Commercial Release.

I don't know who you are mr_tyreman but you should try some experimentation when you brew, that way you may discover more than just the lagers that you obviously drink now!

Using Cling Wrap Instead Of An Airlock

Tyreman you are a bloody guru. Any danger of you making a competition winning beer but??? That's just a fermenter that you've put too close to the smoker and melted!!

    Commercial Brewers You Have Met

Corio bay brewers are lucky enough to have a commercial brewer as a member of the club. His wisdom and knowledge is appreciated by all. He is also a member of this forum, rarely posts but does a whole lot of reading and nodding in agreement. Good work Ryan.

    Club Calandar 2012

Thought that "he who knows who is" had his phone thingy out, it was late in the night though so it may have been firewood. There are however some great camp pics that could go on.

Brew Club Xmas Party's..what Did Yours Do ?

Corio Bay Brewers enjoyed a night of bush camping at Mt Doran. Much red meat was consumed, many different styles of beer were drunk and apprecited and much rain fell (60mm overnight.) Those of us in swags were a little damp come sunrise, not that anyone complained. The traditional bacon and...

    Afl Arvo. Go The Cats

Been a GFC member for over 30 years. Went to '89, '92, '94, '95 GF's. Went again on Saturday. Some people have said that it was a boring game. I saw that they are full of crap. Just about to sit down with a glass of dark to enjoy the replay (again!). Go Caaats!!
