    Thank you for that. It is not washed but it has been taken off the trub, so it maybe is washed. It is only the packet yeast from Coopers pale ale kit.

    There will only be 2 Ray's outdoors in NSW, and BCF did not buy them out as they are owned by the same company. I now this as my daughter works with them.     I just finished one of those Brigalow, or what ever they are called, kits made to 15lt. I added 2.4lt of apple juice and 800gm of sugar. started at 1.046 and finished at 1.000. Tastes alright.

    Hi all, I have a wetpack american pale ale in the FV, I put it down on Wednesday at 1.047 and today it is at 1.010, it was at 25c. I have never made one of these and all other brews have taken a bit longer to brew out, so is should this be a concern? woodie
