    Stc 1000 reading minus 15°

    Hi guys, I have two stc 1000’s. Just hooked them up into my power box and they are both reading minus 15°. It’s 27° today. The calibration only has 30° in it so I can’t move them that much. Anyone have any idea??

    Hop utilisation

    Hey peoples. I have a question on hop utilisation. For a bm50 the default hop utilisation percent is set at 100%. Is this a average of the utilisation of all alpha acids added to boil? Or does it have to do with the viscosity of the wort? And what do you have the percent set at?? Thanks.

    Soda stream refill

    Learning the ph

    Hey guys. I'm a all grain brewer and have a 3v Herms set up. It's time I started learning to control the ph in my water. At the moment I and using filtered town water in Noosa. Apparently our water is pretty good. But it's time to take the next step. Any advice?
