    Cleaning out the shed of tapking gear i have 24 bottles about half disassembled and cleaned. 4 heads 2 still in box. 100 12g co2 cartridges to suit. Really just want the money back for the cartridges. How does $150 for the lot sound. Won’t split up as I want the lot gone. In newcastle NSW cheers Gez

    Just some feedback on where I got to with this. A lot of run around trying to chase purchase info and contacting supplier and Keg King Keg King came through with a replacement warranty job on the keg so all good Big thumbs up for keg king and Kane for working through this. + 1 keg king

    Best Keg fillers

    Coopers pale ale. Brew enhancer 2. 20 g citra in 500ml boiling water for 4 min poured straight into fermenter. Us05. 18deg constant 12 days. 4 deg cold crash for 4 days. Straight to keg. Gassed for 1 week at 14 psi. Great for uni students

    Welding a leaky keg seam

    One of my 9.5 l keg king kegs has sprung a pin hole leak at the seam. Anybody got the gear or have any contacts around newcastle to repair the pin hole? Thinking weld or braze. Would be a shame to turf a newish keg.

    Heating my brew

    +1 I use an old 25w incandescent bulb to heat my fridge. Even in winter it doesn’t need to come on often in the sealed fridge.
