Was at 4 Pines a couple of weeks ago, so still definitely there and you can get their kellar door series at the brewpub. Hard to beat Marrickville as a place to start. Can walk between some of the breweries and then Willie the Boatman, Rocks, and Yulli's are not far away.

That looks like an awesome setup! Any more info on the control panel and build overall? It all looks really neat and taking a guess at what each bit is for on the panel is for looks like the sort of panel I'd like to build.

although 375ml would be great for practical reasons, I think I'd still go for 500ml full aperture too.
