    I'm using 16 oz. 9" glass grolsch bottles in which I'll be bottling Cooper's stout. Fermentation has stopped for a while. Can I safely use Cooper's carbonation drops (I was thinking of only one)? I'm afraid of bottle bombs Brewing in Connecticut

    This is a great tool. I'm putting in information for a Cooper's Lager. Is it really a lager? I heard an ale yeast is included in the kit. The reason I'm asking is what style of beer should I put in cell H3? Any help is appreciated. Greg

    I'm brewing a cooper's lager. It's been in the fermenting vessel for about three weeks. When checking my specific gravity I noticed that it was still bubbling happily away. How long can I keep it in the vessel before bottling. It's at 1014 still so it's not at the preferred FFA yet. Greg...
