I am no scientist but I presume MHB is referring to the water being free of excess Dissolved Oxygen, or having oxygen in the headspace of the container. Not all water is equal - unless completely demineralised it contains various other elements like calcium - and the proportion of oxygen varies...

Dunno what you mean. Surely homebrewers are doing everything they can to find more single-use packaged products to "save the environment" ;) This product by itself is probably double the cost of yeast for the average batch, close to triple if brewers are buying yeast in bulk.

I have bottled kveik beers in glass and PET with no change from typical bottling processes - conditioning in the warmer month the PET bottles firm up noticeably faster than typical ale yeast

It’s not isolated to today, when I was trying to unsuccessfully buy that regulator as a gift. Your website is always slow, for all of the money you spend on tooling and promotion it is always frustrating trying to actually browse or order anything.

You need to crash colder for longer, or look into filtering (absolutely not recommended IMO, but it's an option)

Understood. Moving the electronics up definitely improves usability, but again you'd need a splash guard to keep them safe from liquid running down the side. My issue isn't really with boilovers - they've been rare and haven't had one for years - it's more of an issue with cleaning. Any water...
