I'm put in a coopers unreal ale recipe as in a can of real ale 1 pack brew enhancer 1 and 500 grams coopers (pack) malt ,I used kit yeast added 15 grams tea bagged ahtanum hops . It's at 19 deg and it's 24 hours in and at risk of snowing through air lock .. Is this ok or should I maybe cool it...

Hi good people I'm sure it been on here before but I could not find a thread .. I'm about to try the bulk prime thing before bottling .. My take on this so far is sugar in warm water about 500 ml ? Or should I use some of the beer mix ? Then add to empty 25 ltr container then drain beer into it...

Questions are do I prepare (ie tea bag as usual) and then simply remove lid pour it in and reseal ? Do I stir it through ? Or any other things I should or should not be doing ? ... Many thanks

Hi just checking if I got this right I have carb drops that came with kit but think I'll use sugar instead ... Am I right to think one drop is 3 grams ? So if it says put in 2 drops per 740 ml bottle then instead I use 6 grams of white sugar ? Thanks .... Also when I bottle it will be at same...

I'm in Terrigal and told the water is good but has anyone got a different opinion is there a way of making better water boil or an additive etc ? Thanks

When I bottle my pale ale if I don't use carb drops what's the best sugar I can use .white brown etc . I'm using 330 ml glass so my calculation is 2.6 grams per bottle I think ... Any help will be great . Many thanks
