Hi guys, I've brewed quite a few brews with Lallemand Windsor yeast. My attenuation is always around 69%. Beersmith says attenuation should be 73%-77%. I'm ok with this but I'm moving to a new much larger brewing system and want to find out what others are experiencing for their attenuation...

In Bavaria at the moment. Staying with a friend who's garden is overtaken by hops that have blew in from somewhere. She's treated them mean and they've got bigger. Off to the German hop museum tomorrow to investigate. Slightly off topic. Met a brewer today who is now primarily using Vic Secret...

Got it in Bendigo at "the Dispensary" they have a superb range of craft beers.

Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter IPA. Brewed with a mix of fresh cones and distilled hop oil. A cracking beer.

Just did my drop off at the Terminus. None of the staff seemed to know about the comp but said they'd put my beer in the fridge with a note.

Recycle the wort at flameout for 5 min to sanitize. Half close the outlet 1/4 turn valve. Turn cold water on and feel the wort outlet hose temp. This should feel cold after a few seconds. Turn off pump. Outlet hose into fermenter. Turn pump back on. Job done. When I messed around trying to...

It took me a couple of brews to suss out the correct way to use the chiller efficiently. Today boil to fermenter @ 20 deg in 22 min. Country Vic, Australia.

Kraut has been at room temperature for about 2 weeks at room temp. Smell is fairly extreme. It grows a white furry skin a couple of times a day. I've been giving the jar a shake every time I see this. Am I doing ok? How funky is still edible? Will it make me sick or should I try it on someone...

I think there is some confusion from when you mentioned about the pump earlier. The "I O II" switch will only turn off the elements when in the "O" position. "II" will bypass the controller.
