Hi guys, Playing around with a few gluten free beers trying to make one which taste good. So I'm thinking of putting in clarity ferm in a normal pale ale... Any thoughts? How much gluten will get removed? Effect beer taste?? Cheers

using science to brew will always make your beer better.... with hobby home brewers you dont have to unless the brew really needs it. some waters eg Melbourne is pretty sweet, just use a campden tablet to dechlorinating tap water....

yob- only fire damage is the burner stains underneath easy clean with some elbow grease :p imccrone- that was 3 years ago, i bring entertainment everywhere i go, im never a dull moment! got a contract with a bigger brewery so dont need 2 break my back with lifting grains myself and stiring...
