Didnt manage to take a picture last night, but here is what it looks like. I made a small housing around the mill so it can sit over a bucket, the hopper then sits on this.

I think the model number is 2S, will try and post a pic tonight. Nevalicious I will try and figure out how much postage will be and let you know, you are the first in line. There is nothing wrong with the mill, I used it last about 1-2 weeks ago, did about 5.5 kg in about a min and a half...

I am looking to upgrade my mill so want to sell my old one. Its a basic Crankandstein mill. Will sell it with my water bottle hopper, wooo look out! Would suit a new AG brewer or someone interested in going AG. Looking for around $100-$110, if no one wants it here will put it up on e-bay...

I have never tried a double in BIAB, seemed a bit too much to me and always thought the bag would break. I am with you on the double batches, seems a very good reason and certainly one that I will be taking advantage of.

I have been thinking of going 3V as well. I just bought a new 2200w element for the kettle, decided to do this as Gregor had found some cheap ones and the last time I brewed I ran out of gas in 2 bottles. My reason for changing is that I have a new job where I am learning a hell of a lot more...

I Love Motueka one of my favourite hops, try a SMaSH with them.

I have had 2 bottles of this and both where great, much like the Lil creautres but a bit more hoppy. There have been a few bottles I have bought from stores in Melb online that I have received well over the BB date, I had one on Sat night that the BB was May this year and was very oxidised...

I totally agree with your comments. There are a lot of fantastic beers being made in NZ that are contract brewed as well and they dont seem to have the stigma that they do here.

He's going to get even more pooping in now. Sounds like it is all coming together very nicely and quickly, can't wait to see it :icon_cheers:

I be that member and I don't have any problems with getting there at those times, the traffic isn't usually all that bad on a Tuesday night. Get along and have some fun.
