    just 1 thing to add on the back of the kit cans it says add 1kg of sugar, this is ok but normal table sugar has a lot of other stuff in it. yeast will only feed on fermentable sugars and the rest will be the fall out waste,so if you brew in bottles and do the 1 tspn of sugar for carbonation...

    i also saw the link from overclockers so i thought hell get a good log name. my history in homebrew is- im 36 yrs old started brewing at age 20 in bottles for 2 years got sick of cleaning,capping and the whole bottle thing and the brew kits then where well interesting.... go married had 2 kids...
