    Looking at all these beer subscription clubs etc and just pondering the possibility of an AHB mixed carton type thing. Maybe buy 12 cartons of different beer styles and split the cost even between 12 people and take 2 bottles of each beer. Not sure of the exact mechanics but being a beer novice...

    Fermentation Temp to high

    I left a brew fermenting for 7 days (away from home), fermenting at somewhere around 35degC and funnily enough has the funny off taste I understand you get when it happens. Is there any way to recover\scrub the off taste? They initial taste of the beer is good, it just has a funky after taste.
