    It's Thierry 3rd year, 2 plants grow taller & yield more each year. I'll pro pull one out in spring to divide up. They had one medium burst wich I picked around Jan. A second final burst I picket now. Just went by a few tell signs but mainly smell end of the day.

    G'day people, I have a coopers draught + be2 tea hopped in the fermenter for 8 days now. Went for a look/smell a n&d as I got in close for a whiff I had to pull away quick. Not off smell just burn ya nostrils !!! Anyone experience a similar thing. Been brewing for years tins & BIAB & never come...

    This will be my cascade's 2nd year/growth cycle in the garden. Are there any benifit's from digging up & splitting other than to share around or just let them be ? Thank.

    Dry Hop help.

    It's all good, keg & some bottles today. Was nervous about the top sludge dropping down as I racked, it did a little but end product was pretty clear. Live n learn, next time hop sock & the kids marbles. Thanks again every one for your help! Cheers.

    Is there any issues with cold crashing before going in keg & then letting it sit at room temp until room available in kegerator

    It's prob from the powdery hops that would normally sink I gather, I want to keg tomoz & few bottles & condition for a fortnight till room in fridge

    Never had this before, APA 11 days In fermenter, fully fermented out, added 50g of hops to dry hop for few days. 16 days now & still this slurry on top, taste's awsome but dry hop won't settle. There was some fine powdery hops in packet at time which could be the result. Any one had this...

    Agree Scewtop, always been under the adoption 1pk is enough unless going over 1.060OG. I do have another pk, worth throwing in now ?? There is pressure building under glad wrap ATM.

    Good info fella's, yes it was rehydrated & wort was chugged, slashed into fermenter from cube. But was only 1 packet for 23lt of 1.051. Would it be to late to add another? My concern was no krausen activity(glad wrap)

    thank's tilt, I let her be for a tad longer. Can't recall wether it was notto or 97 that was going by this time/last.
