I think POR is great and is seriously misrepresented in so many beers. I have used POR in plenty of beers with great results!

I didn't prime my brett brew at all and it now has heaps of carbonation on it. One month is definitely not enough time for the brett flavour to develop.

I lived in Auckland for 4 months and Galbraiths was a regular visit for me. I can't say enough good about the place. All their beers were great. Fantastic having beers hand drawn from a cask!

Well I recently tried one of the last three bottles of this beer and I must say I was impressed. The Brett flavours had smoothed very nicley and did not dominate the whole beer. The roasted and coffe flavours of the Porter were easily identifiable as well. Despite having no priming sugars added...

I have found that a well done Kolsch does well with the mates and gets them off the usual shite. Anything that can be done well and that can be used to ween them of the usual nonsense

I have been to a couple of these and it is always enjoyable. You get to see a wide variety of beers from the Vic micro scene

Adelaide Tap water will be fine, especially for K&K beers. Like Adamt said best to focus on sanitation and temp control at this stage
