    Kids + Fermentation = Bad

    Yes, my daughter was helping me bottle some beer, by passing me the new bottles as I filled them. It was only close to the end that I realised she had been licking all of excess sugar out of the tops of each bottle! :)

    Thoughts

    Hi all, I put down a Canadian blonde (using BE2) and an American ale yeast, on the 11th feb- OG was 1039. I was going to try dry hopping 20g of cascade on day 5 and leave for further 7 days. I checked today(day 5) and gravity is 1020, so not quite there yet. Should I stick with my original plan...

    Ok......might try sprinkling on the top, leave for 30 mins and stir in......next time I will get better instruction for rehydration. So is it ok to just boil my cascade hops in water and use this as the base for the kit?
