Hi I would not worry about the airlock..mine has not bubbled for over 6 mths !! Im told that the fermenter has a airleak somewhere but this will not harm the beer. Sometimes if u overtighten the lid this will occur. I would not use the bubbling as an indication of when the fermentation...

Hi Guys, I have tried the two can method and don't think much of it..I would rather make two batches than one for the price of two. I really think that the el cheapo brands are proberly made by coopers or morgans anyway...

Hi guys, Has any one tried a Morgans Continental amber ale before? And if so any comments. I have recently brewed a kit with 1.5 kgs of liquid malt and some fuggles as hops this has been CC in a keg for around 6 weeks now but im saving it for Christmas.

Thanks Guys for all the info.. so does any one beleive that leaving your keg at room temp is any benfit ? And how about if i leave the keg in the fridge without carbonating ? would it mature better if i carbonated it and left it for a few months ?? does carbonating mature beer at all ??????
