It is the business for beer. And literally less than 100 m from my office... Somewhat dangerous as you could expect.

Well I 'snuck' out of work on Friday and head down to Capalaba to CB. First time down there - pretty impressive setup... Anyway, had a look at the urns and everything else they had there. They did not have an exposed element urn in stock, so I think I will wait for one of those to come in. I...

Thanks Kev. By any chance do you have a linkey to the element you are referring to? I assume this is where you have settled after reading your other posts on your previous elements?

Thanks for all the responses - great stuff. It is hard not to lean towards the BIAB with all that feedback! I will be keen to check out A+J Trading. I think I would prefer a pot as opposed to an urn. 40 or 50 litre would be the most practical, yes? What would people suggest as a heat source -...

My lovely wife got me a brew on premise gig for my birthday this week. I was actually pretty stoked with the idea. I am back in home brewing after a time out - and am still floating around doing extracts. Now I have a look around on the web and it is clear if I want to do a BoP my only option...

Bribie - when we do move to a trading scheme, have you thought about the credits you could claim by taking co2 off someone's hands!!! I see a business opportunity here!!!

    Kit And Extract Beer Spreadsheet

Are you saving the excel file as well, after saving the recipe? Saving the recipe adds it to your list, but you still need to save the actual file. I found this out the hard way!
