    Bavarian Weizen

Ok all, The Weizen has fermented out. Being my first one just quick question. Being and wheat beer, should I cold condition it like my ales or due to it's cloudy nature just cool it down and keg it?

    Bavarian Weizen

The kit was from Grain and Grape. Been using their fresh wort kits for the best part of a year as I don't have the time for all grain. Not had a bad one yet

    Bavarian Weizen

Hi Guys, Getting ready to keg my first ever fresh wort kit Weizen and just have a couple of questions regarding correct carbonation for this style. Compared to the ales I am used to where I set the reg at 12 PSI and forget about it, my lines are balanced well at this level. Does the Weizen...

    Hydrometer Readings A C02 Absorption?

I tend to just let my sample sit for a bit and when it looks flat and the initial head in the tube has settled, I put the Hydrometer in and give it a twirl.

    Stc 1000 Temp Controller

I think the majority of us here could be accused of that. Including me at the moment. There really should be a law against a Sunday arvo of V8 Supercars, Cricket and a kegerator!

    Nori Rolls

+1 For the Sushezi, I have one, and while it looks like a lot of gimmicky things you see, this one actually gets used and works well. The Nori rolls look great though.

    Kegerator Series 3

Making a fan for the font is worth the little time and effort it takes IMHO. I made mine up from an 80mm PC fan in a small jiffy box and ran 20mm flexible conduit from the box up the font. I used a 13.8V DC power supply and dropped the voltage to 13.0V via a pod adjustment on the power supply...

Lhbs: "dont Go On The Internet"

Guys I am very new to home brew, this is my second post on the forum and probably doesn't carry much weight. I am fermenting my second batch now. I went straight for kegging and a kegerator setup and have dealt with Riggers a few times in last couple of weeks. I think it may just be his dry...

    Kegerator Series 3

Hi desmo, After reading this I have just done the same to my kegerator. The temp probe on my series 3 was at the bottom rear of the left hand wall behind the plastic grill as described above. The plastic grill can just be pulled out and you will find the temp probe clipped to the back of...
