    Double Brew Day

    Just finished up a double brew. Mashed in a stout at 0900, cleaned up after an Altbier at 1800hrs. It was quite enjoyable. I had a break for lunch while racking a Klsch and pitched the Altbier on to the remaining yeast cake. Now I have three fermenters to watch over... :P WJ
