    What Power Lamp For Ferment Fridge?

    Hey guys I wanna get a heat lamp/fan going inside my ferment fridge so I can get some brews done in this cold weather ATM, just wondering what power lamp people are using. My fridge is a standard sized domestic one, is it worth installing the fan as well? Cheers Matt

    Wb Dark Ale No Longer Bottle Conditioned?

    Just bought a slab and was looking forward to harvesting some yeasties, but not one bottle has yeast sediment in it? Can anyone elaborate? Comparing it to some white ale bottles I have in the fridge, the dark ale doesn't mention bottle conditioning while the while ale does. Cheers
