    Thanks Woodmole, I might just leave it as I have no dried extract anyway and its already 36hrs into the process.. :( It smells great still, hopefully thats an indication that it'll be ok.

    I have a refractometer for my fish tank, I tried to use it for this last time but got odd readings and I'm now wondering if it was due to the high temp. Thanks Muscovy, I'll do that next time. Bummed that I have to wait a few weeks before brewing again, I need more bottles!
