Yob When you say it's pressure rated to 2-3 bar, how were you able to tell this? 50L is probably ok, but when you get a little larger then they become pressure vessels that have to comply with AS1210 and get registered with workover. Paul

Used my new keg king mill fir the first time last night. I have noticed that even with the gap closed right down it is still letting uncracked grains bypass through. On closer inspection there are large gaps on either side of the mill rollers. This is obviously where the grains are coming...

I believe the led lights are fed from the outlet of the relay as confirmation that the circuit is working. My electrician took a reading with his multimeter straight from the terminals at the back of the pid and confirmed that the pid was still feeding a signal for the relay to stay on.

I can understand that I need to add salts to the mash to control ph, but what does adding salts to the boil achieve?
