Questions about Homebrew Legality in Queensland

Check the "Community liquor permit - Queensland" "Community liquor permits are often required by unlicensed organisations who wish to sell or supply liquor on a temporary or one-off occasion. These permits are often used for school fetes, rodeos and sporting events in Queensland only."...

Questions about Homebrew Legality in Queensland

If the event is private and you are not charging for beer or for entry then you don't need a permit. I supplied a keg for something like this a few years ago. If they are charging for entry then that doesn't qualify. I think event organisers might need a Community liquor permit...

    Home brew in a fundraiser?

You might want to check this - http://www.vcglr.vic.gov.au/home/liquor/new+applicants/apply/temporary+limited+licence+fact+sheet It talks about a temporary licence for "balls, award nights, fundraising events where the ticket price includes the supply of liquor"

    $70 82l stainless pot - what's the catch?

I have a couple of the smaller pots from the same seller. Used the 50lt one as my main boil pot for the last year and a half. There are a couple of tiny rust specs on the lid but besides that it has been fine. There are different quality levels of stainless steel and for that price its not going...
