I thought the Buxton IPA was noice as well.

To my tastes it's as hoppy as it used to be but just always changing in hops used. The PA used to burst in my mouth, I put that down to my pallet evolving. Still nice and good value though. Don't think you could bring it down into Fat Yak territory though, I give it more props than that.

How did it turn out WM?

How much yeast are you using? With no starter you would need nearly 2 packets of US05 or 3.5 packets of W1056.

Brewing software have a BU/GU ratio which tells the balance of hops V's malt. When my beers were sweet will having adequate bitterness it was under attenuation of the yeast. Something to watch.

Now I'm confussed. Firstly, I dont know who talking about the Steam or the IPA. And now we have 2 steam recipes with complete different views as far as hopping shedules and ways to achieve IBU's.

It does say dry hop with Galaxy. Recipes change over time, might have been the current recipe at the time.

Nelson with dark malts is dank 101 from my experience.

I noticed that you put your Whirlpool additions in as the 1 minute mark. I'm devising a recipe at the moment and i'm shooting for approx. 20ibu's from my whirlpool additions. I've never done it before so i'm interested to see how it comes out.

I'd be weary of a recipe listed like that. I'd want to see AA% of the hops in the recipe so adjustments can be made.
