4 x Cornelius Ball lock kegs for sale- Baulkham Hills

I have 4 kegs for sale. Kegs are not pretty but they work (One needs new poppets in it). The rubber ends are wearing or handles are split, but they do the job. I bought these reconditioned from Craft Brewer about 4 years ago and have replaced poppets, and seals about 12 months ago. $40 each or...

Hi Guys, Hope someone can provide some info for me. About 4 weeks ago I recultured Coopers yeast from a 6 pack as per instructions on forum. No probs at all, but had intended putting brew together about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately life got in the way, and as yet I have not had a chance to do it...

    Fermentation Fridge

I glad wrap. I have had a couple of spillovers, but generally I have enough head space, that it isnt a regular occurance. (gives me an excuse to santise the inside again. Not a hard job but one that nered to be done). I only brew in a 30l birko, so I can just squeeze a keg size ferment. The...

    Fermentation Fridge

FWIW. My fermenting fridge is about the same size. I ferment in my 20L jerry and can fit two side by side on the shelf. ( just chock the shelf a bit more to hold the weight) Its great being able to have two fermenting simultaneously.

    kegging portable system

+1 for MXD. My only issue is when your mates want to start pressurising, you soon lose a cartridge. But these cartridges are cheap and efficient for portable set ups

Advice on moving carbonated kegs without getting head

Hi Guys, I'm going to friends farm this afternoon for a bender and taking a keg with me. The keg I have in mind is carbonated and ready to go, but I fear that moving the keg around (ie packing into car, bouncing along, carrying etc) will make the beer nothing but head. I am taking a keg charger...

What is your best thread eva?

These quiet afternoons such as today the Friday before a long weekend, I enjoy nothing more than reading old threads, that are either interesting, stupid, or down right hilarious. For example I read and re read the Chinese hoips thread just for humour value at the comments. I have just finished...

whats the most you have brewed in a day

Off topic :icon_offtopic: Does anyone know the most you can brew in a week/month/year before the govt technically wants to licence you?? I assumed it was 23l a week (5 gallons in the old scale) given thats the standard fermenter size. I regularly put 2 batches in a week and have always...

    "brewbuilder" Discussion Thread

After reading this thread, I signed up for Brewbuilder. I originally ordered four brews for the delivery price of $10 to Sydney!!!. I did have delivery issues as Mark was under the pump at the time, however, once I received the order, i have been very pleasantly surprised by the ease of using...

    Which Co2 Cylinder?

I have two keg king bottles and absolutely no complaints. I keep one as a spare for change over when the other finishes (just like my BBQ gas) and swap it at local HBS. The only reason I went this option was because I was confident of being able to swap it. Contact Keg King and they can advise...

    Bloody Hell!

Put one of the wife stocking over the Vaccuum hose. You should be able suck the rest up without losing the grain down the vaccuum bag. You will also be able to pick the undesirables out. Wisdom from a mispent youth
