My FG is remaining stable at 1018 - this brew/s has been in fermenter for almost 4 weeks now and I can't get it below the 1018 - should I go ahead and bottle?

Has anyone tried Mac's Sassy Red Beer? If so - is it worth $2 a bottle? Same question for Mac's Hop Rocker Beer ($2)and Endeavour True Vintage 2010 Reserve Pale Ale ($2.70 a bottle).

none of the info I have seen has specified either way (I don't want to buy the already dried and packaged stuff as I have lots of fresh available to me)
Just returned from a trip to Canada where I drank travelled my way across much of the country. They have some great beers - one I particularly enjoyed was Dieu du Ciel! Rosee dHibiscus, and I want to have a crack at it myself.
