tastes ok - FG still hasn't gotten any lower - did the shake etc no movement - bottle? bottle with fewer carb drops?

FWK x 2 (Cougar Wit and a Weizen) with American Ale yeast as recommended not bulk priming

My FG is remaining stable at 1018 - this brew/s has been in fermenter for almost 4 weeks now and I can't get it below the 1018 - should I go ahead and bottle?

I am having a crack at my first FWKs and I started them off nearly 4 weeks ago and the FG is still very high (1020+) is this normal for FWKs?

Has anyone used dried apple in their beer? If so how did you use it? Or what else could be used to give the apple flavour?

Has anyone tried Mac's Sassy Red Beer? If so - is it worth $2 a bottle? Same question for Mac's Hop Rocker Beer ($2)and Endeavour True Vintage 2010 Reserve Pale Ale ($2.70 a bottle).

thanks for the responses one and all if I dry my own hibiscus flowers should I just use the petals? or the stamen also for sweetness? none of the info I have seen has specified either way (I don't want to buy the already dried and packaged stuff as I have lots of fresh available to me)
