    Sorry to rant you meant Steeped not boiled hey ? :huh: I would probly try steeping some dark grains etc then boiling the cocoa in that liquor to sanitise - 15minutes maybe ? You only need to boil the other ingredients to either sanitise, (most people don't boil kits...), or some DME...

    Depends if ya wanna save money now or later.... renting off BOC or similar is cheaper over the first year, (unless you are friendly with a fire extinguisher place). Savings from buying one takes a few years. $12.51 per month up here from boc ~ $150 per year, $43 up front first bottle...
