Not 100% sure what your talking about but C02 bottle pressure is temperature dependant and way more than 1750KPA, Mine is currently 6000KPA. Hopefully I dont understand you and your not about to use LP hose on a bottle.

The blue thing is a heat pad. As for the temp probe, I have a stainless one now not as per photo, I have used it both in the wort and against the fermenter, I honestly believe it is best off against the fermenter not in the wort (here we go again) Probe against the fermenter, the fridge air...

Why do you mind how many terminal blocks are in my box? I have a few more ideas I might try and will need more terminals. as for only one pb, you cant fit more than one, two at a stretch wires into the controller so yes I needed terminal block. I suppose i could have just twisted up the wires...
