    Keg Beer Flavour

Might be maturity of the beer. Will overhaul "o" rings etc. & see if that works. Using Idophor to sterilise, mixed as per recommended mixing rate, leaving stand for hour or so after shaking and gassing it thru valves, draining it out and then filling.

    Keg Beer Flavour

Flavour seems to stay for whole keg. First force cabonation I do through the "out" valve (laziness) then all gassing is through the "in" valve.

    Temprite

Just wondering if anyone has the blueprints for a do-it-yourself low cost temprite to connect to S/S kegs, with summer not far away. Thought of a standard esky with tubing coil inside might work OK.

    Hops

Helllp! Used a Morgans Pilsener with a brew booster (dex, light malt, corn syrup) and added sachet of saaz into fermenter. Went thru 2nd fermetation vat and then kegged, gassed and tested a week later. Tastes VERY hoppy, like almost herbal. Will this flavour fade with age or is this the finished...
