    Dry Hopping Cider

    Hi all. Was just wandering if anyone has dry hopped a cider? And if so what sort of hops? Just bottle conditioning a roast apple cider & i think it could benefit from a light drop hop probably using any of the 4 c's.

    Briess Sorghum Malt

    Hi all. I've just brought a 6kg tub of Briess Sorghum Malt from Grain and Grape in Yarraville. Great store by the way. Does anyone know where to get it in Australia in bulk orders. I email Briess in USA and they just ignore my emails. Grant

    Brochet Mead

    Hi all. Anyone made a brochet mead that was hopped? I made one using 2kg of Capilano Honey and brocheted it for 45 mins. It became a nice golden/amber colour but the Cascade hops has made it taste orangey. Drinkable but could be nicer. Got any ideas or experience? Love to hear from you.

    Millet

    Anyone know where I can get my hands on some bulk millet. 50 to 100kg bags. I malt it myself to make some different but nice beer and my local coles has stopped selling it. The next best place will only sell me 25 tonnes. I'd like to give it a bash but I don't think my liver could handle that...
