    220 year old Shipwreck Yeast

    Tastes like metal

I've got an IPA going that I was looking forward to. However when I've tried it, it tastes like metal... Which isn't as awesome as it sounds. Any chance this will fix itself with time?

    Mangrove Jacks IPA

I'm about to do up a Mangrove Jacks IPA kit that i got given for Christmas. Is it worth improving with some extra hops and grain? Or is fine as it is?

    When to bottle

I've got a batch due to bottle. Seems like it stopped fermenting two days ago. We've got a few 40 degree plus days forcast for the next week. Am I best bottling now? Or just leave it the fermenter for another few days? Bit concerned if I bottle now I might get some exploding bottles in this heat.
