    Cider Advice

    What is thr rub on the moth issue please anyone? I have 2 trees of apples I suspect are good for cider but every crop has moths.( plus heaps of other neglected trees about the neighbour hood begging to be cidered.) Can I just juice 'em, or will bits of bugs cause food poisoning or something?

    Old Kits

    Just decided to start brewing again after over 10 years, maybe even 15. Getting the gear out of storage, found lots of old kits in cans, threw a few out as they were bulging a little, but am worrieds this was a waste, and they could still be OK, or evemn possibly ebven nicer aged. The local shop...

    Was just treated to another fine beer called White Rabbit ( from Healsville) along the same lines as Fat Yack, Little Creatures Bright Ale. A really sensational beer. Any other thoughts?
