marris otter is a good base malt for ale ales but i just use pils malt for everything the german stuff

i use pilsner malt for the base for all my ales and ofcourse a bit a of weyermann munich 2 around the 10 to 20 % but that may be a bit too much for some people

brewmaker home brew is another on in holden hill ..beerbelly or brew adelaide are the main ones

I do like this yeast but it is good to keep the temp down a bit i normally do ales at 16 to 18 deg but then again i love my German beers deutches beir ist besser

Hey rosco maybe your should of had the craftbrewer logo and web addy so u get more adds for your company but main thing was the beer good

My system i have had the jg lines and connections to my perlicks and so far no problems

i have the 6kg one and its fine but i havent had it filled yet and ive had for 18 months but i know a few place that can fill it for around$50 plus when testing time you migh be able to get a swap via keg king and a courier to save getting it hydro tested

Their beers are very good and for those in Adelaide who cant get down to goolwa i had a few in bottles in the kings head hotel plus they have gulf and lobby breweries beers as well

They are at dm Munno Para been a while since i had a snpa but glad to tast teh torpedo the snpa i had years was fresh from the states via carry on bag was before that stupid 100ml liquid rule

36 is a bit rich for postage i have got a lot of tap handles from the use i evenask if they post to aus most pastage is around $15 us using us postage dont use ups their are expensive

If in doubt throw the yeast out not worth it wyeast or white labs area t a good price at the moment due to the aussie dollar just get a new yeast as you spend a good 5 hours or more brewing you dont want to waste it imho

In sa the cut of date for high fit rate is 1/10/11 and u have to have etsa approval by then and the high fit is locked in for 20 years but then the grid power maybee 3 times that amount glad im getting my system installed next month

Beerbelly is good for me close to work & open most time & has a good range of hops and yeast

I am still one of those who love promash aslo have tried beersmith and thats fine too its personal preferance as long as the software does what u want it to then u be fine als i couldnt get beer mate working under wine in natty 11.04 but peomash and beersmith work under wine in linux
