some pricks keep ording windhoek lager from my work (liquorland direct) where we do mostly mixed cases, but have to be able to offer straight cases of what we sell in the mixed cases. :P
becomes a real pain re ordering stock etc....particularly the belgium beers, currently have a pallet stuck...

i made an american pale with just 30ibu of chinook, kinda overpowering for the beer i rekon with this hop anyway
johnno, not too sure how u will go with propagating the yeast...pretty sure mountain goat use a different strain for their bottling yeast

if i get heaps good aeration in my wort i often get inaccurate readings due to all the shit floating around...i just let it settle out a bit before i take it.
mills are quite pricey...
im gonna look at how feasible it is to make your own, have a few ppl who can help so hopefully follow something like on the craftbrewer site.

Mine has been great, i just need some more kegs...prolly get 2 more this week some time.
My problem is i start to cherish my beer so much i dont wanna invite my mates to polish it off with me, more kegs will stop that and let me finally have a bbq.
